We All Scream For ICE CREAM!!!

eggs -separated
- 1
cup sugar
- 1
box (500ml) Whip Cream
- 1
tsp vanilla extract
- flavor
: 3 tbsp coffee or cocoa in a bit of water to liquefy or any other flavor
1. Whip the egg whites
until stiff peaks form, about 7 minutes.
2. Slowly add the sugar
while still beating the egg whites. Set aside
3. In another bowl,
whip up the whip cream until it also forms stiff peaks.
4. Add in vanilla and
desired flavor.
5. By hand, very gently
mix the cream and egg mix and egg yolks together.
6. Pour into container,
freeze and ENJOY!!
Variation: You can have a 2 flavor
ice cream by not putting the flavor in at step 4, dividing the batter in 2 after step 5,
then adding the flavor.
